Design should easily grow, evolve, and adapt just the way a business does. When The Collective Realty Group expanded their powerhouse team and transitioned brokerages, their visual identity needed to meet them in this new chapter.


I was incredibly happy to revisit this beautiful brand design and keep these key points in mind that were always of focus for this multi-faceted suite:

✨ Multiple formats, uses, and personalization

✨ Maintaining brand consistency that feels unmistakably “Collective”

✨ Allowing individual identity giving each agent visual flexibility while staying on-brand

✨ Creating a system, not just a logo — one that will support them across print, digital, signage, and marketing in a busy, competitive industry


This brand isn’t just beautiful, it’s functional, cohesive, and built to grow. And designing for women who lead, collaborate, and lift each other up? That’s always something worth celebrating.
