Brand the Story

Designing professional and personal brands for female business rockstars is literally like the first taste of an iced white mocha to my lips... as is offering you the confidence and freedom to show up as yourself in all facets of your business.

Whether you’re here to book a branding package or to gain inspiration and practical tips to market your business with confidence, I can’t wait to serve you!

Before I launched my business in 2017, the 8-5 marketing job I held didn’t light me up.  It helped our family relocate to rural South Dakota, but I felt completely unsatisfied.

Like many new business owners, once I experienced the magic that I so desired, I got to be a more present momma, a more involved community member and an all-around happier woman.

And here’s what took me way too long to realize: Instead of hesitating to believe in myself and my strengths, I should have listened to my inner voice and taken the leap to launching Be Creative sooner.

You have what it takes to take that leap, and branding your venture is a great first step in making that dream a reality.

Let Me Show You

HOW A CUSTOM BRAND DESIGN CAN GIVE YOU ALL THE CONFIDENCE YOU NEED TO LAUNCH AND MARKET YOUR YOUR BUSINESS.

Community

#smalltowncheerleader

Saying “yes” to living in a small town was one of the largest gambles I ever made. But let me tell you, the payoff has been amazing!

I bet on love and followed my heart in 2012 and moved across South Dakota from Rapid City (population 76,000) to Bonesteel (population 275), believing that “If I never try it, I’ll never know.”

I quickly fell in love with my new close-knit community, where kids can ride their bike to buy an ice cream cone and share a smile and wave to everyone along the way, where your neighbors aren’t just neighbors, and the commute to school or work is measured in blocks, not miles.

I know with all of my heart I would have never spread my wings, had I not moved to this small town. It gave me the space, support, courage, and drive to create this business of my dreams.

Not only did it open up doors for me professionally, but I also uncovered leadership traits I never knew existed deep within.

Since settling in Bonesteel, I founded the Bonesteel/Fairfax Community Club, a membership based not on monetary dues, but on volunteer time and energy. The club holds numerous events throughout the year to bring neighbors together and utilizes funds raised during those events to give back.

I am happy to be a driving force for housing growth, and I'm part of bringing together a local Building Up Bonesteel-Fairfax housing board, which is part of a county-wide effort to develop and invest in our future.

I am also proud to be a board member of the Bonesteel Fairfax Community Foundation, serve as Secretary of the Bonesteel Area Economic Development Corporation, and publish our local weekly newspaper, The Bonesteel Enterprise. It's truly in serving my community that I am able to connect with the roots that ground my client's hopes and dreams.
