Designing Cookies & Baking Brands... wait..
December feels a little blurry, doesn’t it? Some days it’s hard to balance designing brands and baking another round of cookies. The kitchen is messy, the laptop is open, and my notifications are battling for attention with a timer shouting, “the cookies are done!”
But there’s something unexpectedly comforting about this scattered version of creativity. In all honesty, I really try not to take on in-depth brand work in December. Because I want to soak all of this in (see this week's other mom-sob post). This season is not the highly focused, ultra-productive design mode I live in during fall and again come January. It’s a cozier pace — soft, warm, and interrupted by sprinkles and coloring breaks.
