Do you work on all website platforms?
Website support is included for Wix websites.
If your website lives on another platform, I may still be able to help! However, time spent becoming familiar with your platform, accessing backend systems, or troubleshooting platform-specific issues will count toward your included website time.
In plain English:
If I can jump in and make the update in five minutes, great. If I spend twenty minutes figuring out where your website hid the button you need changed, that's part of the process too.
